My invoice lists a "HP WLAN 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 MCard BT" which suggests I have Bluetooth but I can't find it in search or device manager. Also cannot find HP Wireless Assistant, which I may have disabled when I originally got the machine.

HP Support website told me to turn on Wireless Assistant but on my machine, Recovery Manager > Applications (Software) did not have it listed. Nor could I find it in the list of HP website downloads for my specific machine, even though the website troubleshooter said it should be there. I checked all the expansion-list categories, starting with networking.

So I'm assuming I need a link to obtain Wireless Assistant somehow, but again, my core interest is in turning on my bluetooth so I can use some external speakers.

Thanks for any help!

Glen

Yeah, sorry, I was looking at the wrong invoice! That was for my kids desktop. Here are the specs for my laptop, could you please confirm that I do not have Bluetooth available? Thanks so much.
