HP250 64 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I recently bought a brand new notebook and ever since day 1 have been experiencing problems with my wifi internet access. For the most part I am able to access all websites successfully but several times an hour most webpages will suddenly take an age to load and in some cases time out altogether. I have repeatedly tried to contact HP about this issue but I have just been passed from pillar to post amongst their ever so unhelpful support staff. I have even tried emailing their chief executive in the UK (where I live) but as yet have to receive a reply. I am now in a complete state of desperation and unless someone from HP or elsewhere can tell me how to sort this issue £350's worth of laptop is very soon going to end up as landfill. So please can someone either help me to solve this or at least give me contact details of someone at HP who can?

Many thanks.
