Product: HP Compaq 6910P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

HI! I have a HP Compaq 6910P Laptop! It had been on windows vista 32bit for about a few years, i had no issues, then I decided to install windows 8.1 32bit so it would run better and i could use office 2016. after 3-4 months on windows 8.1, it would not connect via wifi anymore, only via ethernet, and i need it to connect via wifi.

 

one thing i tried is i backuped all my files and reinstalled windows 8.1, it had worked via wifi for a 1 month about then again it wont connect via wifi, i did that process again and reinstalled windows 8.1, but then still not working, no wifi only ethernet.

 

 

PLease help me, i really need this fixed.
