I have a friends laptop where after the last update to Windows 10 failed. I had to reinstall off a USB. I created the USB installer off of a Dell laptop. It loadded but there are unknown devices or missing PCI drivers in the device manager. Looking for help on the right driver for the specific device of if HP has a restore file.
Product is HP Stream Notebook 11-R020NR. I tried downloading sp72415.exe for chipsets and sp73310.exe for wireless adapter neither fixed the problem.
Here is the PNP Device ID for problem devices

I tried bothof those drivers with no success. The weird thing is that when I set the ip4 settings to obtian an ip automaticlly i get a 169.254.64.110 ip with a 255.255.0.0 subnet. if I set it up fro static with the correct IP range for the router I get the same but this time it gives me a gateway of the static gateway I programmed in.
Programmed as IP 192.168.254.5 subnet 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.254.254
