I have this problem for quite a long time already and never managed to fix this (and it is quite annoying).

 

I have no problem to connect to my home Wi-Fi, which is already good. Though, on most Wi-Fi I tried to connect to (mostly cafés), I can connect to the WiFi but unable to get internet as my connexion is limited. It's only with my computer that I have this problem as I can use internet with my phone (or other people are able to access internet). So, the problem is coming from my computer.

 

My WiFi Card is RalinkRT3290. Any solution to it?
