Elitebook 8560w
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Elitebook 8560w has a mobile broadband hs 2340 HSPA working fine before. Because of a separated software issue, I restored my system to a earlier restore point in control panel / recovery. Then the problem happens.

The HP Connection Manager lists the mobile broadband hs 2340 and shows "Device is initializing". It get stuck there and never ends. I never get it connected again and use the internet.

I checked the device manager and found no error of all its drivers.  It shows installed and working.  I tried many things like reboot, uninstall and re-install, with current driver, with older drivers, and evern plysically remover and re-install the actual module then rebooting. Nothing worked and still get stuck with "Device is initalizing".   Also I cannot go to restore because its got overwritten already.  I spend too much time.

I searched internet and no finding.  Can anyone help me to resolve this problem?

Thank you very much.
Stephen
