HI

My HP250G3NOTEBOOK network adaptor won't connect to our home WiFi but other devices can still connect. I have tried disabling and enabling the network adaptor, making sure air plane mode is off, refreshing the PC, restarting the router and troubleshooting the network adaptor. I have also followed the steps on the HP network and troubleshooting. The WiFi can only connect if I plug in an Ethernet cable, but it is very inconvenient.

Thanks,

Vanesia.
