Hi there,

 

I had issues with the Thunderbolt dock and downloaded and installed almost everything on the HP Support page, including the BIOS upgrade. I have gone through BIOS settings and ensured that I had WLAN/LAN switching and not Lock wireless button options. I reversed the options also to test. Either way, when I plug in the LAN it doesn't switch and because I can't turn off the wireless with the button next to the mute button, I have to go and disable the wireless adapter to use LAN. Which of course then forces me to re-enable it if I want WLAN which is very unproductive. Please assist.
