Hi, @hpfaultsprobs :

The driver REO51ST posted does not contain the hardware ID you posted.  It is for platforms with the newer version of the IMEI hardware.

You need this version of the driver.

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.

I see an inordinate amount of memory usage for the following applications...

svchost.exe 944 Services 0 895,168 K   (895 MB)

chrome.exe 3160 Console 1 259,128 K  (259 MB)

chrome.exe 1608 Console 1 621,828 K  (621 MB)

Those 3 alone are eating up 1.7 GB of memory.

You may want to try uninstalling Google Chrome and just run off the Internet Explorer browser and see if that frees up some system memory.

Thank you for your prompt reply, the problem of high memory usage remain even if I close all the browsers, when I turn on my computer without executing any task the memory usage is around 2 gb, do you have any suggestion what might cause this excess? or shall I post this issue in a new and appropriate topic? Thank you very much for your help
