HP Stream 11 Pro G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

My HP Stream 11 Pro G2 had was having some issues streaming bluetooth audio, so I decided to try updating the drivers.

I believe it has Intel 7265 Wireless adapter.

The original drivers were version 17.1, and I tried the latest drivers on the HP website (18.16 I think).

After installing the drivers and rebooting, the bluetooth device doesn't work. It says STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE in the properties in Device Manager.

I also tried going to the latest drivers from Intel (19.10) and the same problem occurs.

When I try to go back to the 17.1 drivers from Intel (Windows 8.1 x64) like it originally had, I get an error saying I can't downgrade. I still get this message even if I "uninstall" the driver from Device Manager.

Does anyone know how to:

1) Get the newer drivers to work?

 and failing that:

2) go back to my old drivers?

Thanks!

- Jordan
