Good day guys. Please help me to resolve this matter. I am really going crazy.
My cousin gave me his old HP Elitebook 6930p laptop with Windows 7 OS. After a few days using it, I noticed that it has a built-in SIM card slot an can be used for wireless networking. So I took the advantage of using it but I have to purchase first the wwan card before I can grab it.
So I ordered online for it and installed it the way I watched in Youtube tutorial. The thing is, the computer acknowledges the wwan card in the BIOS section but I does not appear in the Device manager panel. But there are weird objects appearing in it with yellow exclamation mark. I installed the necessary drivers but still no luck. Here is the screenshot
I have also upgraded my OS to Windows 10 before I did the wwan card installation.
Any help guys would be highly appreciated!!!
Lots of love,
Jayson
