Ok first this laptop or Notebook has been sent to HP to fix the HD...just got it back thinking possible it would fix the other problem of freezing while online and the font pt fluxuating from 25  - 205 pt (+)  with the only way to fix it is to go to the right hand corner and correct it manually, which only lasts about a hour or less.....I do not know what to do and funny enough it is doing it while I am writing this.  I went on to support and they said it was something they knew nothing about and suggestion ??? Friend Help??  Or something like that....well the closest I could get to that is this site here.   For those that are with HP the original case number was BJHG056201, and the newest on is 3034234701....I am so frustrated that I am ready to send this down the road and buy something else.....just since I have been writing this it has Zoomed from 100% to 150% to 250% to 75% .  The other issue is while online, it just freezes, and I cannot and have never gotten the Ctl  Alt Delete to work so that I can see what possible is the problem......PLEASE HELP....Never a HP again.....less than a year old and have had it to the shop twice and mailed into HP to repair HD....UGH
