Please change your cable to CAT6 or above first and download and install

 

                 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82573.exe

Thanks for the suggestions. I already have the latest driver installed and I am using a cat.6 cable.

This seems to be a wellknown problem; maybe with no solution yet.
