Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I use my computer, I connect to a network and I try to browse the internet and I get the message from Chrome that says "There is no internet connection". At this point, I go to the network icon in the bottom right, right click, and select "Troubleshoot Problems". After completing this process, I always get the same issue (see photo) stating "Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings".

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on here and how to fix this?
