Product: hp elitebook 850 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, we have 400 surfaces pro 4 and 400 hp laptops 850 g2 supplied with the bluetooth mouse h3t50AA (X4000b). Now the mouse is often disconnected under Windows 10. I see people on the internet and their problem is solved when the power save mode of the mouse is turned off. Do you have for me the registry key that allows me to turn off the power mode saving of bluetooth mouse so that I can distribute it to the laptops and surfaces.
The user has no power tab under the bluetooth mouse in hardwaremanager.
Is there a driver update through windows update and what is the kb number
