Hallo Simeon1995

Thanks for joing the forum,

First I would like to see if it's the driver instalition there is installed on our computer.

First we need to download this 2 drivers just so we have them on the computer.

BIOS: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74599.exe

WIFI: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74654.exe

When you have downloaded them. We will enter device manager to remove the driver.

You can do that by right click the windows icon in the lower left cornor. Press on device manager -> After that windows comes up I would like you go dubble click on "networks adapters" right click on out wifi card "Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adaptor" and press on uninstall, after you have press uninstall there should come a little windows up. You should press a "x" in the checkbox. Here you just need to press "OK" it should get removed from that netoworks adapters. When it's gone. I would like to install that SP74654 driver we downloaded. You can just search for "SP74654" and install that one. When that is done. I need you to install the last driver we installed. you just need to search for "SP74599" install that one(Remember that you will need to have plugin the AC adapter for that last driver.) Let it get finnish when the computer is on it's desktop again. Please go ahead and connect to your wifi and test it again.

Thanks.

Thanks
