HI Team

I wish this post finds you well, i have a new laptop HP Elitebook 850 G3, with Windows 10 pro 64 bits.

i have a SIM CARD 3G, i want to make it works, but i don't find modem icon in the Device Manager see the screen shot.

can you provide me the details how i can know that i have already the module in the Mother Board.

if yes how i can download driver, and tools to connect.

 

i wish i well expalin the issue.
