Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Having the WIFI off and using the OTG adaptor and hooking up an ethernet to USB I have been able to have high speed hardwired ethernet connection to the tablet.   I would also like to be able to charge the the tablet at the same time, but adding in a usb hub has been unsuccessful.  I still receive ethernet, but the tablet does not charge. 

 

In comparison the dreaded Apple iPad is capable of this and works flawlessly :(.  Just wondering if it is possible for HP as well.
