HP Recommended

Since Ive got this computer, I nloticed something strange with my internet usage on it. When I tried to download any file, It got stuck at 25kB/s when all of my other devices have the right speed (2mB/s). When I test my internet connection on my computer, the results shows that my connection speed is respected.

  Something in particular is that when any other program installed is downloading files, it does it correctly.

 

I´ve reinstalled the networks drivers several times and even the OS (windows 8.1 which is the one my notebook came with)

 

PD I,ve downloaded files with this computer from several sites like apple, google, etc. So the problem is not caused by a limitation of my speed from the web pages
