Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi

when itry to start my lappy by pressing the power button "sometimes " it will start and show black screen quickly it shutsdown and restarts then again black screen to fix this i have to remove the ac power and battery and plug it back in and start then it boots up normally.

so i was wondering why this happens randomly??
