Product: hp 250 G4 notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

for some time now when ever i try to share network to my laptop through my phone hotspot through the network icon on the dashboard, even though my hotspot is sharing network and my other devices are working fine, my laptop says "not connected" and in bracket (no connections available). i even went ahead to remove the previously added hotspot it cant seem to find sso i can add it afresh but cant even access the page to do it. please what do i do?
