Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Bought this for my wife 2-3 weeks ago and it streams Netflix and browses great.  Try to download updates, documents, anything and it just tries to do it but sits there.  I have no idea what I'm doing with Windows 10 so I figured I'd ask here.  Frankly my wife is losing patience since it only does 1/4 of what I bought it to do.

Hi,

Hp stream 13 is made for browsing purposes. It has a limited storage space because it was meant to be used together with cloud. So you might want to check how much storage capacity your computer have and maybe thats the reason why the downloads wont resume and sits there.

You could either back up some files over to cloud storage or get an SSD external drive 1TB.. Just saying..

Thank you.  That helped.

I find it unfortunate that HP would build a product that, OUT OF THE BOX, has ~23 of the 30 GB HD used up.  Poor planning on HP's part.
