Hi

I have recently been having trouble with my laptop and I decided to reboot (laptop wouldn't get past windows update screen). Since I have rebooted I cannot connect to the internet through the wireless device.

The wireless device is a combo (bluetooth & wireless). I have read numerous replies on these forums and tried to download drivers from the HP website to no avail. It still doesn't recognise the wireless in device manager (it only displays one option - Network Adapters - Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

Using HP Wireless assitant I can see the Combo Device but it is disabled and I cannot enable it. I was for a time able to enable the bluetooth from there but now I cannot even do that.

What can I do? Please Help
