How do I know if already is is activeted?

If you install the Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology Driver, and navigate to the pic I showed you. If you see that NCQ is enabled then ACHI is enabled. NCQ is just to process information better.

Also you can't change the SATA BUS TYPE like huffer explained above. There is not changing it to AHCI because its already AHCI.

Thanks by the way Huffer.

HI.

I've just installed the new SSD disk from scratch.

When I've installed the Ati VGA driver, the AHCI drivers appear too; but I don't know if it is truly enabled

All seem to work and the launch is faster than it used to be.

I've already disabled the defragment, the hibernation, the superFetch, but I couldn't disable the indexing.

Can you help me, please?
