Product: hp 6570b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to take a screen shot on my notebook and have discovered that none of the function buttons are functioning.   I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the keyboard.  I have also tried updating the hotkeys.  Thanks in advance for your help.
