Product: HP X705W 16GB USB 3.0 Pen driv

Hi sirs, 

I am Chinna, I brought HP X705W 16GB USB 3.0 Pen Drive from Amazon.in in July-2015. Recently i formatted my pen drive at the time i changed the file system FAT32 to exFAT due to virus. After that i tried to change the file system from exFAT to FAT32 because exFAT is not working properly. so i want to change exFAT to FAT32, but i tried so many ways to do it but no progress. 

Need your help to solve this probelm. My pen drive having warranty also, it is help to reach near HP support centre?
