Hi:
See Chapter 5 of the maintenance and service guide for your model at the link below for how to access the wireless card.

Then you can visually check to see if one or two antenna leads are connected to the wireless card in your notebook.
A suggested dual band wireless card with bluetooth would be the:
Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2×2 Wi-Fi Adapter, Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
I also believe Broadcom makes an AC wireless card with bluetooth as well, if you have a wireless AC router.
