Hello, I noticed a 11 derbis inside the screen. this so annoying... is like a dark pixel.

 

How I can fix it?

I understand that there are 11 spots on your computer that look like debris or dead pixels, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you checked the display in BIOS?

 

The issue you are facing seems to an issue with the display, recommend you boot the computer to BIOS by tapping F10 repeatedly during startup.

If the spots are visible in BIOS, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer.

Hello,

 

I tested on the Bios and I can see the black spots. I tested with external display with hdmi cable and there is no black spots on the external screen (SamSung)

Thanks for the reply and testing the screen in BIOS, is the spots are visible in BIOS, then it a hardware issue. Request you contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer.
