i'm wating for someone from hp to get back to me re this pc - i've been wating for almost two weeks - see my previous posts dated jan 2017 onwards - in short he pc crashes, the operting system ha been rēinstalled twice and it still crashes - hardware diagnostics run clean - the crashes are so frequent that the thing is unusable, in fact i have bought a new pc but the x2 is only 15 months old, it wasnt cheap and i'm not prepared to write the x2 off. the x2 was bought from hp, by myself, in december 2015, it was bought for personal use, by myself, the purchase of the x2 is covered, in the uk,  by he consumer rights act 2015. i'm expecting a response.

and have made a suggestion on that item.
