Purchased Pavillion Desktop 2 yrs ago with inhome svc plan. Hard drive went out -HP replaced. Mother Board went out - HP replaced.

ALL Microsoft office products wiped from system. No mention of software on receipt.  Upgrade to Prof was indicated on recept.

Had to pick up  HP's repairman  and bring him to my home to svc HP Desktop. Had to take him back to his destination afterwards.

Work from home for out-of-state bus.  Because of Hp issues, my company had to fly me into hdqtrs  for 2 weeks, pay hotel, food.

 For all these problems, HP had audacity to offer $75 towards the purchase of another HP product - CANNOT USE IT TOWARDS MICROSOFT OFFICE!   I have owned 3 Dell computers - thought I'd give HP a try.  My last purchase!  Yes, I spelled Koo-Dos correctly!  Not a happy camper at all!
