Boot using USB

I have an HP dv6 2174TX with Windows 7 32bit installed. I would like to install Windows 8. However, my DVD writer is damaged and I cannot find Boot from USb option. Doesn't my laptop support "boot from usb"? Thanks.

 

Edit: Nevermind, I found the solution. I could not delete the thread so edited it.
