HP 6735s- how to restore bios?

Hello! I have HP6735s notebook with heat problem. I tried to install new bios and that was successful. After setup finished ,notebook restarted and it shut down. I tried to turn it on but without usb, but screen was black. (i made backup of bios on usb). It works well with usb, but how can i restore that backup so it starts without usb? I hope you will understand question.

What do you mean by it starts well with USB? Do you mean FreeDos or the like or Linux?

Have you tried holding the Windows key + B and then pressing the power button to attempt a BIOS recovery? You might have to put the usb stick with BIOS in a port.
