Hi,
Shut down the notebook. Tap away at f10 as you start the notebook to enter the bios menu and then change the setting shown in the document on the link below.

Hi,
You're welcome, glad it helped ![]()
Regarding the touchpad, try the following.
First, download the latest Synaptics driver installler on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53501-54000/sp5385
Next, open windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry 'Synaptics Pointing Device Driver' and select Uninstall.
When this has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has fully reloaded, open your Downloads folder, right click the Synaptics installer and select 'Run as Administrator' to start the installation. When this has completed, restart the notebook again.
Regards,
DP-K

I have a new (2 months) Probook 4530. Random Keyboard keys dont respond intermittently. Also the left shift key seems to stick sometimes and only a reboot solves the issue. Could this problem be software / virus related? It is becoming increasingly frustrating!!

I have a problem. the problem is that some online games required some name but when I type in the name the keyboard won't type. I'm not sure if it is the keyboards fault or the games fault. can you help me out.
