Hi,
Yes, please try: Talk with HP authorized supplier/reparer in your area, they will give you a quote for a new motherboard, new keyboard and labor cost. I don't know how much but probably around $400. Please contact HP Office in your country or region and ask for this. HP Offices around the world:
http://welcome.hp.com/country/w1/en/contact_us.html
My cheaper option (around $2 to $10):
http://www.ebay.com.au/bhp/usb-led-light
Regards.

Hi,
Probably it does not have a bcklit keyboard. What is your HP 15 ? Please use the following instructions for find out the model/product of your machine:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
and you can't change it without spending a lot of money to swap the motherboard (part & labor cost).
Regards.
