hp care pack not given by hp helppppp!!!

i have purchased an hp latop dv 6165tx in india along with care pack in nov 2011. retailer told that i will be getting carepack details by hp within a week. however till today there is no mail by hp but the retailer assuers i will get the mail in a week every time i call.

this realy getting nasty. Is the consumer fourm is the only way deal with this.i do have the bill anyway??!

Its a problem since 2 companies are involved.

 

Nothing we can do here since it is a user to user fourm, unless a HP employee happens by and takes interest.

 

If all else fails get a refund from the retailer, then purchase carepack online if you must have it.
