Officejet Pro 8500 A909n - Will not print. Repeatedly fails to align. Alignment and clean printhead pages have black streaks. The problem is with the device since it also will not copy as a stand alone. Problem may have started shortly after installation of new black cartridge. Diagnostic tool says all is OK. Will not print test page.
