so, i have polylens and vvx 410s and 411s configured with Teams

out of nowhere,  a few phones dropped off, as it lost their config and teams icon no longer displayed

i have option 160 and 161 configured in DHCP witn the provisioning url

for the life of me i couldn get teams firmware back on. i removed the phone from polylends, factory reset etc and still nothing

the lcd shows VVX 411 in lop left corner

as a work around i pointed them to the MS teams sip gateway just to get it going

i toggled boot server options between 160 and 161, but to my knowledge i use 160 for poly non certified teams phones

i tried statuc options for the provisioning server and no luck to, phone registers in lens, gets policies but never the teams icon.

i am perplexed.

well well wellk this is my issue

absolutely went crazy

Update - The team continues to investigate the problem. Progress has been made in identifying the area of code impacting the service. However, a root cause has not been determined.

The internal cache that manages site provisioning has been cleared as a mitigation. This will enable a subset of phones to sign back in while our investigation continues.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue where Site-based provisioning policies are not applied.

Policies set at the Device Group level are functioning correctly.
