I have a virgin media hub which only has lowcase passphrase, so when I enter it on the printer the leading letter is displayed as a capital therefore not recognised as the passphrase. Do I have to by a new printer??????????????????????????????????

keep scrolling to find the lower case letters before entering the pasword. Lower case letters are available at the enter passphrase menu option..
It would help if you identified you all-in-one printer with its p/n.
