Installing a second HP printer

I have a Officejet J5750 All in One installed on my computer.  I would now like to add a Deskjet 6122 printer, as well, so both work.

 

I'm unclear on what I should install as far as drivers go to make the 6122 function, without corrupting the installation of software for the J5750.

 

Advice is most welcome.

What operating system are you using?  While there can be interactions between the Officejet and Photosmart extra software packages the Deskjet 6122 basic printer driver should not have any extras that affect the J5750.  I would suggest installing the Basic driver rather than the fully featured driver.  The print portions of the drivers are the same for the basic and fully featured packages.  The fully feature package includes additional software  applications.
