Re: Driver Update Problems

To download the full feature software driver for your Photosmart 3210 printer here is the web link :

full feature software for vista 64 bit os

Click on the above web link and then in the page which opens, click on download only button and then save the file on your desktop.

Re: Driver Update Problems

I'm still not able to get to the update file. Now, I'm getting this message when following the link in the second post: "Connection Interrupted The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."

Re: Driver Update Problems

I am sorry for the delay in response, as I was unable to access the forums site for the complete day (yesterday) I was unable to reply to your post. The issue at hand seems to be with the browser you are using or with the download manager you are using, because we are able to download the file when we click on download only button from the web site. If you are using antivirus or firewall software, I suggest you to disable them and then try and the other thing is that you need to be logged in as an administrator as in vista this may also be the cause of the issue. Hope that you can be able to download the drivers.

Re: Driver Update Problems

I have found that using http:// rather than ftp:// will oftern work on the HP download pages.  Try the following:

Another option I have used is to use Chrome  (Google's new browser) as it seems to be able to download the HP files when IE and Firefox fail.
