Hi,
I have a Photosmart 3210 and I am running Windows 7 (64 bit). I downloaded the latest Solution Center for my O/S, but have the following problem as detailed in the picture below, can anyone help me as I am not able to use anything other than the print functionality

You need to install ther latest version of adobe flash (10c).
Solution Center needs a newer version of Flash

So I currently have Flash 10.0.32.18 and I still have the problem. If 10c is different, where can I find it...?
Thanks for your help so far...!

We have had a talk about this and could you try unistalling and reinstalling the adobe flash.
You already have the latest version but it may be corrupt in some way.
We have only seen this type of error with very early version of flash installed.

I think we have discovered the problem... I uninstalled Flash using the Flash uninstaller located here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
I then reinstalled the Flash Player and proceeded to open HP Solution Center. It then showed a dialog box which said it required the Internet Explorer Flash Plugin. I use Firefox as my main browser and therefore never installed the Flash Plugin for Internet Explorer, hence the graphical error.
Answer = Install Internet Explorer Flash Plugin
Thanks for your help JonW, this had been annoying me for several days!
