I have a L7590 all in one. The scanner has stopped working but the printer does work. I have not tried to fax with it yet. I get an error message when trying to scan stating that I should restart my computer, and/or restart my printer, or reload software. I have done all multiple times. I have unloaded the software several times and have tried to reload the software from the original discs and from the HP website. It keeps telling me that there is already a newer version of software on my computer and will not continue the download. Any ideas? Thank you.
