I have downloaded a document and when I try and print it, the printer shows it in the job list and then says it has printed but the document hasn't actually printed.  Other documents, emails, etc.. have printed

Greetings @AlyT

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to print a document that was downloaded from the internet.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know the application you are using to print?

For me to be able to assist you I would need to know the model number of the printer and the operating system installed on the computer.

If you could let me know how the printer is connected to the computer, would be helpful.

Please provide the requested information for further assistance.

Awaiting your reply.
