DeskJet 3755 all-in-one
Mac OS X 10.7 Lion

Hi, I was trying to install the printer by downloading softwares online because my Mac Mini doesn't come with a CD rom. However, I cant seem to find my operation systems on the website and after I click into the "I cant find my operation system", somehow it just kept taking me back to the same page. This is really frustrating as I have been trying to install it for like an hour.

Please send me a link where I can download the driver for OS X 10.7.5 for HP DeskJet 3755 all-in-one printer.

Much thanks!!!

Edith

David,

Thanks for the infomation.

First to clear your questions, I didn't try with an external CD drive because I don't have one.

As suggested, I have followed the link and downloaded the HP Printer Drivers v3.1 for OS X. In the system preference, it didn't detect the printer even after restarted. I have manually found the device and it does says that it is connected through USB. Therefore I assume the machine is running properly and the connection should be right.

However, even though now the printer is showing on the list, it doesn't seem to repond to print and the computer wasn't able to read its ink levels, etc. Can you please help me out here and much thanks!!!

@EdithHung,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the printer does not respond when you print a document from the computer.

This issue could occur if the drivers are not configured properly.

Please follow the link to reset printing systems: Resetting the Printing System (Mac)

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.
