Like several others, I cannot login to my EWS in order to make password changes. I don't recall setting a user name or password during intiial set-up, but who knows? I can get to the EWS page, but no further. Frustrating but a challenge.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer. I read that you're unable to login to the printer's EWS page to make password changes. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
To assist you better, I would like to know the following information:
- Is the printer connected via USB or wirelessly?
- Why do you want to make changes to the password? Is the password blocking you from using any functions of the printer?
If you want to remove the password then I suggest you to reset the printer. This will erase the password and will completely restore the printer to its original factory settings. I have sent you a private message with the reset steps.
Hope this helps. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂
