My success as far as 'resetting' printer buggy set-ups is to uninstall the product completely.  Ge the uninstall from them or find it on the install disk.  Not there?  Use MS uninstall or Ccleaner Uninstall.  Ccleaner is a free utility with several important features.  Making changes to some already loaded printer setup is usually an invitation for disaster.

When you go through the Install, pay careful attention as to when you are directed to turn the printer on and when to connect it to the computer.  Installation details are there to be followed religiously.

Please could you send me the reset information for the 4620 Officejet as well.

I have an error - wireless communication is disabled.

Please, thanks in advance.

FRUSTRATING  ......

I am trying to setup an officejet 4620 to a new wirerless router and it still connects to an old router that is not there!

I have done restore default on the key pad and tried using print doctor on the windows computer. What can I do next? How can I restore to out of the box comfiguration, I had no trouble setting the printer up the first time.

Thanks

Danny

Follow these instructions, they worked for me, and they are the same ones that were sent to me by Gemini02.
