Product: Envy 5540

I am attempting  to print photos from laptop and iphone. I cannot get to home screen on printer in order to change to photo printing.  I've tried unplugging printer. This did not get back home screen, it went right to ? screen. I've tried going to laptop and setting printer to photo paper. Still printed photo from iphone on regular size printer paper.  How do I get back to home screen on printer??

What language is set for your printer?

 

May you see an difference by scrolling your finger over the screen to left or right?
