Product: HP Officejet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have tried taking out the ink cartridge several times, turning off & on the printer but I continue to receive the message "Depleted cartridges must be replaced to resume printing"

What can I do next?

Hi,

Which cartridge have you replaced - the Black, Yellow, Cyan or Magenta?

 

What sign do you see below the error message on the printer - K, Y, M or C?
