macOS 10.12 Sierra

I am unable to print although the printer software is setup and registered.  When I try to print a document I am asked to sign into a guest account which I don't have. Every password that I use is rejected and I can't print.  Please help me solve this problem.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print and it is asking you to login to the guest account.

I recommend you to uninstall the printer completely. Refer to the below document to uninstall the printer.

Once the printer is uninstalled, follow the steps in the below document and install the printer again.
