Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error message keeps saying Printer not responding or is not online. Was printing through HP insant print when error occured. Recently (last two days) replaced ALL computers on network. System upgraded to Windows 10...Problems since. I have deleted and reinstalled 5-10 times today unsuccefully. Now even directly connected (usb), My computer cannot even locate the printer when searching to add new device. It WAS working earlier today, nothing changed, stopped~

Hi,

 

Thanks for contactinf with HP Support Forum.

 

At first reset the printer setings and reconfigure the printer like: Network connectivity, wifi.

 

Then uninstalled the printer driver from your PC/Laptop and restart it. After restart please installed the printer driver from below link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t520-printer-series/5263079

 

 

N.B: If possible try through rthernet cable (Don't through wifi, its depand on speed)
